Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. This role serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness while maximizing profits.

Training will cover management tasks and leadership growth, with additional responsibilities across other roles as needed. Candidates should be 21+, with at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good math and accounting basics; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.
• ServSafe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest interactions and optimize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in this role as well as other hourly roles as needed, scheduled based on restaurant need.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members during shifts.
