Red Robin is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to help run daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will lead team members, uphold standards for guest experience, food quality, and cleanliness, and contribute to profit maximization.

The ideal candidate is at least 21, has 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Lead and supervise team members.
