Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an hourly Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train, lead peers, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and act as an ambassador of our Brand Equity Standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Able to supervise peers effectively and demonstrate business maturity.
• Basic math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Open to flexible schedules including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Lead team to ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Train as needed for specific management tasks and leadership growth.
• Act as ambassador of Company and Brand Equity Standards to maximize loyalty and profits.
• Oversee hourly roles as scheduled based on restaurant needs.
