Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, reporting to exempt management. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold cleanliness and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Robin to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Supervise peers and resolve guest interactions with a focus on product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
