Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under our exempt management team. You will reinforce brand standards, lead shifts, and help maximize profits while ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality.

The role requires at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Strong standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Ability to supervise peers and demonstrate leadership
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical abilities
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned mid and closing shifts under exempt management
