Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic math with currency and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate daily in food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations.
• Back up crew, cover breaks in absence of GM/ASM.
• Ensure food/beverage presentation per Yoshinoya standards and safe handling.
• Complete reports as directed by GM.
• Maintain FIFO storage and proper labeling.
• Handle cash procedures and deposits as required.
• Train staff and monitor shift activities, giving feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness and equipment functioning, report injuries.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Attend in-house seminars.
