Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participates in food prep, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations, while supervising in the absence of the General Manager.
• Trains staff and monitors shift activities, providing feedback.
• Ensures food and beverages meet Yoshinoya specs and safety requirements.
• Maintains FIFO rotation and proper storage labeling.
• Handles cash procedures, deposits, and change verification.
• Addresses customer complaints per policy and coordinates refunds with management.
• Keeps restaurant clean and equipment functioning; reports injuries.
• Provides coverage for crew breaks and back-ups to crew.
• Travel up to 25% to other stores in the district.
