Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations in the absence of GM/ASM.
• Cover breaks and back up crew members as needed.
• Ensure food and beverages meet Yoshinoya specifications and safe handling rules.
• Complete reports as directed by GM; rotate stock with FIFO; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Handle cash procedures, deposits, and change funds; monitor loss prevention.
