Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participates daily in food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations.
• Supervises crew and directs others in the absence of the GM/AM.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed and deposits managed.
• Maintains FIFO practice and proper storage of merchandise.
• Responds to customer complaints per company policy and escalates when needed.
• Trains staff and provides ongoing feedback to improve performance.
