Job summary

PLS in Fort Worth is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet financial goals. You will perform all CSR duties and assist the Store Manager with daily operations.

The role requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff. English fluency is required, and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager in executing strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Coach CSRs on transactions to ensure superior service and compliance.
• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including cash handling.
• Review and implement company policies, maintain a neat store environment, and participate in training.
