Job summary

PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services with over 200 centers across 12 states. Shift Supervisors lead daily operations, ensuring top customer service while meeting financial goals and adhering to policies.

They support the Assistant Store Manager and, in their absence, the Store Manager, directing team activities and maintaining service standards. The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or similar.
• Strong customer focus and ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency is required; bilingual EN/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support store goals and objectives.
• Develop and motivate team members to exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise team in absence of store manager.
• Manage schedules, cash, and audits.
• Assist with marketing efforts and resolving customer issues.
