Job summary

PLS in Los Angeles seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, uphold exceptional customer service, and help meet store goals. You will supervise Customer Service Representatives, assist the Store Manager, manage scheduling and cash handling, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and meet store goals.
• Supervise CSRs and assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assist in scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support marketing efforts and resolve customer complaints.
