Job summary

PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Tulsa, OK, ensuring outstanding customer service and achievement of financial goals. You will perform CSR duties when needed and support the Assistant Store Manager in staff development and store initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of management experience in related sectors, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers while adhering to company policies and schedules, including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or similar sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• English fluency is required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service and building relationships with customers.
• Lead store team to meet objectives and comply with policies.
• Assist Store Manager in scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
