Job summary

PLS seeks a Shift Supervisor in Charlotte to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will ensure the store hits operating objectives and adheres to policies while supervising the team in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required English fluency; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. You will support scheduling, cash handling, and store audits, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or related fields.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Support store management in strategies to meet store goals.
• Motivate team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise CSRs in the absence of the Store Manager and manage cash handling.
