Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in restaurant operations.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Involves themselves in training of employees.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Verify customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Apply continuous improvement mindset to processes.
• Open/close restaurant operations.
• Assist with inventory logging.
• Assist with staffing needs and labor controls.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards for food areas.
