Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to train, develop and lead the crew and coordinate a smooth end-to-end operation to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to plan shifts, supervise procedures, resolve issues, and ensure sanitation, safety and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work nights and weekends, English and Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Strong leadership potential and guest-first mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Food handlers/ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend to and resolve problems in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager and coach a team with minimal supervision.
• Lead training of employees and maintain a positive energy.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards for food areas.
• Open and close the restaurant, and assist with staffing and inventory.
