Qualifications

• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Ability to work with computers
• Must be able to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Involve in operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive, energetic team atmosphere.
• Verify customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Apply continuous improvement to processes.
• Open/close restaurant.
• Assist with inventory logging and staffing needs.
• Assist with controllables and labor.
