Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in similar or customer-experience role.
• Strong leadership and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Food Handlers card/ServSafe preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Train employees on operations and safety.
• Maintain positive teamwork and energy.
• Open/close restaurant and manage inventory/logging.
