Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.

• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older and flexible to nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems as they appear in the operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Engage in operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive, energetic teamwork atmosphere.
• Verify customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Open/close restaurant and assist with inventory/c staffing needs.
• Support controllables and labor management.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards for food prep areas.
