Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to interact with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws regarding time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Lead shift, assign tasks, and respond to guest concerns.
• Mentor and develop team members; report performance to GM.
• Prioritize guest experience; resolve issues in a friendly manner.
• Ensure service quality and cleanliness align with standards.
• Oversee inventory, food production, and safety compliance.
