Zax LLC, operator of Zaxbys, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the shift, guide the team, and uphold standards of service, food quality, and safety. You will train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining operations and compliance.

The role emphasizes people leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to respond to guest concerns with professionalism, all within a fast-paced restaurant setting in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Background check completion.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and coach team members to meet standards.
• Mentor and develop staff; report performance concerns to the General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience; resolve complaints professionally.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with guidelines.
• Report safety concerns and maintain records of daily operations.
