Zax LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to manage the shift operations, products, and people to deliver great guest experiences at Zaxbys. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and meeting performance benchmarks while ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

Qualified applicants will lead by example, handle guest concerns with a friendly approach, and drive a positive team culture. Availability for various shifts, a strong work ethic, and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and delegate tasks to team members.
• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain service quality and safety standards across the shift.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and cash handling as needed.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
