Zaxbys, a leading restaurant brand operated by Zax LLC, seeks a Shift Leader in Georgia to manage shift operations, train and coach team members, and ensure superb guest experiences. You will drive performance, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with the General Manager to meet hourly goals and quality expectations.

This role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and strong communication as you guide a team through busy service periods, maintain compliance, and help optimize daily operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations and assign tasks.
• Coach and develop team members to meet standards.
• Respond to guest complaints with professional service.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Reconcile deliveries and maintain inventory counts.
