Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check successful completion.
• Demonstrates leadership, organization and teamwork.
• Adheres to company standards and local laws on time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy with required company software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to meet company standards.
• Prioritize guest and team experiences and resolve concerns.
• Coach and develop staff and report progress to the General Manager.
• Assign tasks and supervise performance during shifts.
