Zaxbys is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the shift, oversee employees, and ensure quality of service. This role carries supervisory responsibilities and decision‑making power to assign tasks and respond to guest needs.

You will train and coach team members, set shift goals, and work with management to maintain safety, efficiency, and high standards while fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
