Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking a Shift Leader at Zax LLC to manage the product, process, and people required to execute each shift. You will assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and drive opening/closing activities while training and coaching the team to uphold procedural standards.

You will lead with a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and quality, nurturing a positive culture and high team morale in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team to execute shift goals.
• Coach and train team members to meet standards.
• Respond to guest concerns in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness meet standards.
• Manage opening/closing tasks and shift duties.
• Collaborate with management to set and report progress on goals.
