Zax LLC is expanding and invites you to lead a Zaxbys shift. The Shift Leader will manage the product, process, and people needed to execute a shift, guiding the team and responding to guest concerns while upholding standards.

You will train and coach team members, set shift goals, supervise tasks, and ensure food quality, safety, and timely service. Your leadership will foster a positive culture and a high‑performing, guest‑focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to manage product, process and people.

• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.
