Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in Strongsville, OH is hiring a Shift Leader for our restaurant location on Pearl Rd. This hourly role provides additional management coverage during operating hours and direct supervision of day-to-day operations, ensuring fast service, cleanliness, safety, and great guest experience.

You will train team members, manage opening/closing tasks, and model exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and accuracy throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace.
• Reports any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed.
• Conducts food safety and prep audits daily.
• Conducts daily inventory monitors performance and shares responsibility for cash procedures.
