Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a shift leader in the North Olmsted area to oversee daily restaurant operations, provide hands-on supervision, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. This hourly role emphasizes training, safety, and guest satisfaction, with responsibility for opening/closing tasks as needed.

You will lead a team, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold food safety regulations while delivering a consistent, welcoming experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or older.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace.
