Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Leader for our restaurant in Parma Heights, Ohio. This hourly supervisory role provides management coverage, trains staff, ensures safety, cleanliness, and fast service while modeling professional behavior across shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing items, operating registers, maintaining sanitation, assisting with opening/closing tasks, and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Strong food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
