Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in Cleveland, OH seeks a Shift Leader to provide hourly management coverage and supervise daily restaurant operations. You will train staff, respond to guest needs, and model professional behavior while guiding shifts to standard procedures and coordinating opening/closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Can-do attitude and reliability.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report any serious issues to management and HR as needed.
• Conduct food safety and prep audits daily.
• Conduct daily inventory monitors and share responsibility for cash procedures.
