Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC in Trussville, AL is seeking a Shift Leader who will oversee daily operations, supervise Team Members, and serve as the point of contact for guests and staff when store management is away.

You will lead during Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing shifts, uphold Cici's Brand Standards and food safety, ensure proper cash handling, maintain cleanliness, and participate in leadership and location staff meetings to drive excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of related restaurant experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain required food safety certifications and permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Cover Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing shifts as needed.
• Coach team members and provide direction during shifts.
• Maintain brand standards and food safety compliance per the operations manual.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily deposits.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness by following cleaning checklists.
• Address guest service issues and notify management when needed.
• Attend leadership and staff meetings.
