Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and staff during assigned shifts. You will be the main point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of store management.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure brand standards and food safety compliance. This role requires flexibility across Open, Lunch, Dinner, and Closing shifts and involves cash handling and guest issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of related experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have valid State issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by motivating the team and modeling company standards.
• Cover Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing shifts as needed.
• Coach team members during shifts and provide direction.
• Maintain Cici's Brand Standards and food safety compliance.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed daily.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness according to schedules.
• Handle guest service issues and report to management.
• Attend leadership meetings and staff huddles.
