Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by promoting excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward company goals.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts; model high proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members and managers.
• Maintain GER compliance with 70%+ passing score.
• Ensure cash handling procedures including deposits.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is kept in good condition.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness per schedules.
• Process HR paperwork under GM guidance; manage schedules and discipline with AC/HR.
• Submit weekly paperwork to Support Center; engage in local marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
