Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling cash procedures, and participating in leadership meetings, with a flexible schedule and potential travel between local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of experience in related position preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local food service safety requirements.
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed, with high proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members during shift when appropriate.
• Maintain Cici's Brand Standards and Food Safety compliance.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness standards by following cleaning checklists.
• Address guest service issues and notify Manager of any concerns.
• Attend leadership meetings and location staff and shift meetings.
