Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid State driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed; maintain high proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance by meeting or exceeding a 70% passing score.
• Ensure all Cash Handling procedures are followed, including daily deposits.
• Keep inventory levels and ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Uphold Cicis cleanliness standards via daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Submit HR paperwork timely under GM direction and manage scheduling with Area Coach input.
• Execute disciplinary actions with GM and HR guidance; coordinate weekly paperwork to Support Center.
• Follow POP requirements and participate in Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
