Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience in related position preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state and local food service safety requirements.
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by modeling the Cici's mission with the team and guests.
• Work open, lunch, dinner and closing shifts as needed.
• Provide direction and coaching to team members during shift.
• Maintain brand standards and food safety compliance.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness standards via daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Address guest service issues and inform management of complaints.
• Attend and participate in leadership meetings and staff meetings.
