Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and staff during assigned shifts, acting as the main contact in the absence of store management. This role focuses on leadership, guest service, and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team. A flexible schedule and basic POS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months experience in a related position preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state and local food safety requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership during assigned shifts, guiding team members.
• Oversee operations and guest service to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
• Lead by example across all restaurant operations during shifts.
• Maintain brand standards and food safety compliance.
• Handle cash procedures and daily bank deposits when needed.
• Support cleaning schedules and maintain workplace cleanliness.
• Address guest service issues and alert management as needed.
• Attend leadership and staff meetings.
