Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change for cash registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
