Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash and door access.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves questions to ensure satisfaction.
