Job summary

Prior supervisory or key holder experience is preferred, along with strong English skills. The position involves engaging customers, resolving issues, and assisting with inventory control and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of the floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
