Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide end-to-end projects, grow team capabilities, and support pursuits with strong client engagement.

You’ll apply functional cyber knowledge and platform expertise across Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, Threat Intelligence, and related capabilities to optimize security programs, reporting to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred with several years of relevant experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a CSA and Security Incident Response/IR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end projects.
• Develop resources and coach team members across onshore and offshore locations.
• Support business development from proposals to pricing and client relationship building.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients’ security operations.
