Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will mentor teams, drive end-to-end projects, and collaborate with cyber risk teams to mature security operations.

The role emphasizes client interactions, proposal development, and delivering high-quality security technology strategies across engagements. A strong background in ServiceNow SecOps is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and completed training for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response (or similar).
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps functionality, including integrations with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and threat intelligence feeds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development: proposals, statements of work, and client relationships.
