Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps capabilities across client engagements. You will mentor teams, support business development, and manage end-to-end projects with a focus on secure, efficient operations and risk management.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration within a global firm, delivering trusted advisory services and maintaining high-quality client outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRMs or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRMs or equivalent.
• CSA certification and security incident response/ vulnerability response training.
• Experience leading ServiceNow SecOps implementations with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Mentor onshore and offshore team members and support pursuits.
• Support business development activities and respond to proposals.
• Develop and deliver client demonstrations and presentations.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and client interactions.
