Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients, optimizing security programs and risk management across industries.

You will mentor teams, drive end-to-end projects, and contribute to business development while collaborating with EY's global cybersecurity experts in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Ideally, you’ll also have experience as a consultant or client-serving professional and familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment on end-to-end projects including team development and mentoring.
• Oversee day-to-day client interactions, project delivery, and risk management to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support business development from proposals to pricing estimates and client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
