Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to design, architect, and implement SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to mature clients’ security operations and cyber risk programs.

This role emphasizes strong client engagement and technical delivery across SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Alternative master’s degree holders with 4 years of relevant experience may qualify.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a CSA and training in SecOps/IR or IRM-related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Advise on ServiceNow SecOps use cases, integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR and vulnerability scanners.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to proposals and statements of work.
