Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions. You’ll mentor teams, engage clients, and drive business development across multi-disciplinary Cybersecurity projects.

You’ll work within EY’s hybrid model, delivering secure, scalable security operations programs and contributing to a trusted advisor relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRMSG.
• Alternative Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA) with training in SecOps/IRR or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with system integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Familiarity with security governance, risk and compliance principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Mentor junior consultants and coach on security operations and cyber risk topics.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, deliver proposals, and drive business development.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and client interactions, ensuring quality and risk management.
