Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide end-to-end projects, develop team members, and support business development while collaborating with Cybersecurity and other competencies across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work in a hybrid client-facing role, leveraging your functional cyber knowledge and technical platform expertise to optimize security operations and risk

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant certifications for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps functionality with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanners).
• Exposure to cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and processes including incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, configuration compliance, control frameworks, and policy management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects across client engagements.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development activities including proposals and pricing.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Assist in go‑to‑market initiatives and thought leadership in cybersecurity operations.
