Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, mentor consultants, and drive end-to-end projects across cyber risk programs.

You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, shape solutions, and support business development efforts, including proposals and pricing estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience or Master’s with 4 years of experience.
• CSA certification and understanding of Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance concepts and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end projects.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development including proposals and statements of work.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of SecOps capabilities.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
