Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions, guiding end-to-end projects and mentoring team members across EY. You will work with clients to mature security operations and cyber risk programs in a globally connected environment.

This role requires strong project leadership, ServiceNow SecOps expertise, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with required experience.
• Master's degree with 4 years experience can substitute.
• CSA certification and Security Incident Response Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end projects.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure project quality, risk management, and budget adherence.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrate ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Collaborate across Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature clients' security operations.
